0.6/1 KV AL/XPLE/STA/PVC cable plays a vital role in low-voltage power transmission and distribution, widely applied in building,industrial, and infrastructure settings to ensure the reliability and safety of power systems. This Power Cable with stranded compacted copper conductor is composed of aluminum conductor (AL), cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XPLE), steel tape armoring for mechanical protection and a polyvinyl chloride sheath (PVC). For fixed installation in interiors,outdoor installation,in soil,in water and concrete,if no posterior mechanical damage is to be expected.

Description: NA2XBY, XLPE Insulated Aluminum Power Cable   

Conductors:Class 1 or Class 2 of plain aluminum,or of Class 5 of plain aluminum in accordance with IEC 60228.

Insulation:Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE

Insulation Colour:Natural or as required

Filler:  Non-hygroscopic Material

Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl Chloride PVC

Outer Sheath:Extruded Polyvinyl Chloride PVC&Polyethylene PE&LSZH

Colour of Sheath:  Black

Voltage Rating (Uo/U):600/1000V   

Test Voltage: 3.5kV for 5 minutes

Physical Properties

Maximal operating conductor Temperature: up to 70℃(PVC insulation); up to 90(XLPE insulation)

Operating Temperature Range: -5℃(PVC or LSZH sheath); -20℃(PE sheath)

Short Circuit Temperature(5 seconds maximum duration): 140-160℃(PVC insulation);250℃(XLPE insulation)
